Instructional Assistant 11/2003 - 6/2014 Ombudsman Educational Services, Libertyville, Illinois I worked along with a Director of an alternative high school in a center in North Olmsted, Ohio. Our center ran two separate sessions of 15 students each. Our company contracted with local school districts. Most of the students which came to us were credit deficient and in danger of graduating on time. We worked with the students on a daily basis, promoting 100% attendance and accountability to work toward graduating. I taught all high school subjects in both a group and individualized setting, but I specialized in teaching math and English. I helped manage and maintain our center. We ran an efficient and professional center with a graduation rate of over 90%.
