Experience
While living and teaching in China, I started my educator career helping individuals of different ages learn ESL. I loved my time teaching and learning in China, but I was happy to come home. I went on to teach language arts and math to different age groups while living in Ohio. I am now working as a language arts and math teacher to middle school students. I enjoy what I do! I think that learning should be fun, but I know that it can be challenging and stressful for many students. I like to help students with their struggles so that they have less frustrations when learning. I can help with various math and language arts courses. I can also help with general writing skills. I like to help students prepare for tests such as the ACT and SAT. When I'm not teaching, I like to spend time biking, running, cooking, and dining out at new places.
